Herbert Nelson II to a meeting of New Castle Presbytery on March 5th, 2011, you will hear him describe the stresses that bear upon youth across the world, and his recommendations for how churches must be transformed to make for healthier youth, justice, and peace. J. Herbert Nelson is the Director of the Washington Office of the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. That office responds to the social policies adopted by the denomination, disseminating information to PCUSA churches which enables them understand better current social issues in order to put their faith into action.
